Basic Support Service Plan

We designed this plan with the intention of offering inexpensive IT services to smaller companies, with computers ranging from 3 to 5. These companies normally use Local Area Network (LAN), and are generally in workgroup structure.

Standard Support Service Plan

Our standard support service plan, which is our affordable and most popular plan, serves companies with computers ranging from 5 to 15. The companies that take advantage of this service plan maybe in domain or workgroup structure. Their network may include a server and a few remote employees. The clients who choose this service plan will have scheduled maintenance, and 24/7 phone, and remote assistance coverage, and a rapid response in case of emergencies.

Advanced Support Service Plan

This extensive service plan is also known as IT outsourcing, which can entirely eliminate the need for hiring an IT professional for larger companies. This plan is best for businesses with a minimum of 15 computers. The clients who choose this plan are generally in a domain structure. Their network could be of either Local Area Network (LAN), or Wide Area Network (WAN), and normally includes servers. This plan consists of frequent scheduled maintenance, around the clock on-site, on the phone, remote assistance, and rapid response in case of emergencies.

This service consist of a consultation meeting that would take place between you and FrontRow Networks consultants to understand your business environment, your needs, and the plans that you may have in mind for upgrades or expansions. You will then be provided with a documented design of your network, our recommendations along with detailed and clear list of costs and expenses.

Network setup and implementation

During this stage of the process which could vary from one client to another, the finalized and approved plans will be implemented. This process may include cabling, internet access deployment, installation of the network equipment, remote access installation, upgrade of the current network, network security, testing and more.

Network upgrade and improvement

This line of service is dedicated for businesses with an old network already in place, which needs upgrades and improvements to increase performance and reliability, eliminate current connectivity problems, or to enhance the network by adding new features and capabilities.
